Hi, I just upgraded to Windows 8 not too long ago. (need to do a reformat, decided to try win8) Everything works as far as I concerned: pen, fingerprint, bluetooth, hp connection manager + 3g, etc. Just use win8 drivers from 2760p and you'll be fine. Not all of them is compatible though, it requires trial and errors. What really irks me is win8 completely ditched win 7 awesome TIP panel.
Tapping pen & writing on oversized keyboard is one thing. But having the the TIP tooltip on text boxremoved is plain stupid! I guess, I have to settle with OSK keyboard.

Other than that issue, my 2740p is rather more usable in Windows 8, Metro is nice. All in all worth upgrade IMO.
