Do you remember the days when starting a new school year meant all new clothes and fun trinkets to show off to friends? I remember my mom and I would spend a day at the mall picking out new clothes, backpacks and the latest Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper – remember those?! For me the new school year meant the opportunity to start fresh and share another fun year with my best friends. In 2016, my resolution is bring this same school year excitement to the work day. We spend so much time at work, why not make it as fun as possible?! A new wardrobe, office supplies, and of course makeup will be the sure fire way to kick off a new work year. This year I vow to make 2016 a fun year at the oficina and to kick start my resolution I needed a makeup refresh with a little help from M.A.C. My friends and I recently attended a private Ellie Goulding concert to launch her collection with M.A.C cosmetics. It was pretty surreal to stand inches away from one of the hottest voices in the world.
She is spectacular and just a few days after our private concert she was on stage at the Victoria’s Secret Runway singing as gorgeous models strutted to her tunes. It’s no wonder M.A.C chose Ellie as the next celebrity for their collaboration, and the obvious choice for my new makeup routine. // // (Without Your Love) // (Goodness Gracious) I’m smitten with the colors and think the soft neutrals are perfect for channeling your inner rockstar at the office. These colors will look great on any skin tone and the soft hues will provide a nice glow without looking overly done. During the day, I’ll use a with SPF to keep my skin hydrated.

I am OBSESSED with this lip color. I get so many compliments when I wear it and it lasts until lunchtime which is just perfection.
