All treasure cards have the same card backs. As far as I can tell, there are three types of treasure cards: - Treasure Cards core game, green text at the top - Dungeon Room Treasure Cards TP1-3, blue text at the top - Objective Room Treasure Cards TP1-3, red text at the top I have each pack stored separately, and I can't distinguish any particular features that mark cards from one pack as different from another. And apart from the names and text colours as discussed above, I cannot see any other difference between the various treasure cards.
